Recommendations are always powerful and LinkedIn is "the professional" network, so recommendations from your LinkedIn connections is the best way to increase your personal or business brand.
To post a recommendation:
1.- Sign in to your profile at http://www.linkedin.com
2.- Go to Recommendations at the Profile tab:
3.-Scroll down:
a) Type the name, last name and email of the person that you will recommend or
b) Click on the link "select from your connections list" and select it from your list
c) Choose the relationship between you and the endorsed person
d) Hit the button "Continue"
The next window will show you some choices about the person you will recommend and a text box at the end for you to write something about her/him.
